On
listening to the songs of Hum Sab Chor Hain (which released in 1995),
most people would’ve remarked, “Of this soundtrack, hum sab bored hain”.
But there
was an exception – it wouldn’t be incorrect to state that Saanwali Saloni
Teri was the most popular song in the film.
The melody
of the track, which Alka Yagnik and Kumar Sanu rendered, struck a 'chor'd
with the listeners.
Nawab
Arzoo penned the song, which was inspired by the song of the same name by
Pakistani band Vital Signs' 1991 album Vital Signs 2.
Bappi
Lahiri composed it.
