the shortest song on the soundtrack of Ghulam – it was four minutes and
a dozen seconds long.
But there’s no two ways about the fact that its recall value was the highest.
Although it would be incorrect to state that Aamir, who rendered it, made ‘Khan’dala, the hill station in Maharashtra, famous, the song, which marked the actor’s singing debut, became iconic.
He was joined behind the microphone by none other than Alka Yagnik.
This was the only track in the film that was penned by Nitin Raikwar.
