Soldier is a word that has no rhyming word in English, let alone
Hindi.
But trust Sameer, who penned the title track of the film, to not just soldier on, but also come up with a Hindi word that doesn’t come close to it, but suffices.
Folks, the word in question was bolkar, and it was the longest of the four songs from the film on this blog – it was half-a-dozen minutes and 13 seconds long.
It was rendered by Alka Yagnik and Kumar Sanu.
The track was composed by none other than Anu Malik.
