Of the
three tracks from Saajan Chale Sasural (1996) on this blog, two are
duets rendered by Alka Yagnik and Kumar Sanu.
One of them was the mediocre Dil Jaan Jigar Tujhpe.
Its hook was, “Kyon, pyaar kiya hai re tujhe pyaar kiya hai” (which could be translated to, “Why, I have fallen in love with you”.)
The track, which was penned by Sameer, was composed by Nadeem-Shravan.
The film was the Hindi remake of Allari Mogudu, a Telugu film which released in 1992.
Another remake – a Kannada film titled Gadibidi Ganda – released in 1993.
