Lata's fans certainly weren’t overJo(ll)yed

The films produced and directed by Yash Chopra have invariably boasted of memorable soundtracks.

However, those of the films produced under his banner, Yash Raj Films (YRF), but helmed by other directors, haven’t always been your rhythmic fix.

And Aaina, which released in 1993, was no exception.

Undoubtedly, the most popular track from the film was Goriya Re Goriya Re. It was four minutes and 43 seconds long.

The song, which was penned by Sameer Anjaan, was rendered by Lata Mangeshkar and Jolly Mukherjee.

It was composed by the Sens, uncle Dilip and nephew Sameer.
